 Royal Rumble - a HUGE success! Thursday, August 19th, 2010 Thank you to all who were involved in making the Royal Rumble a huge success! All the volunteers, refs, officials and skaters worked long and hard. It was a very hectic 5 days, but it was a lot of fun! And to all the out of town skaters who made it out, thank you, it was a lot of fun to meet you! The Bone City Beaver Dames came out undefeated tis season. The final score of our championship game was 140 - 137. The Lockdown Lolitas put up a good fight, it was a spectacular game! See you there!...more Summer Smackdown review Monday, July 26th, 2010 A big thank you to everyone who helped to make our 2nd Annual Summer Smackdown a huge success! We couldn't have done it without our wonderful volunteers, and of course all of the players and refs. This was by far our most exciting game yet. The Lockdown Lolitas really poured it on, but in the end The Bone City Beaver Dames were victorious 153 - 137. Despite contending with the Roughriders, we still managed to have a full crowd! If you are going to be at the Queen City Ex this year come down to the Brandt Centre and catch some awesome roller derby action! There will be a game every night, whistle blows at 7pm. Sunday, June 27th, 2010 Thanks to all of our hard working volunteers and all of the players and refs for helping to make our second bout of the year a huge success! The final score saw the Bone City Beaver Dames over the Lockdown Lolitas by a score of 161-122. Despite the many other events going on in the city we had a close to sell out crowd. Tickets for our next event, Summer Smackdown on July 24, will be available this week at all three World of Trout locations (Southland Mall, Northgate Mall and Downtown). Fresh Meat Night a HUGE success! Thursday, October 22nd, 2009 Pile O' Bones Derby Club hosted about 40 people last night at our Whip It Fresh Meat Night! We were so amazed and proud of each and every one of you who came to check us out and strapped on some skates. You guys rocked our world! Hopefully you all enjoyed your time and can't wait to skate again. Our next practice will be this Saturday, October 24th, from 8-10pm at the Fieldhouse and Sportplex (on Elphinstone, across from the Stadium).
